Has continuously doted on Law since his internship at his father´s firm, Dr. José Lacerda Machado (deceased, whom we affectionately miss). Several Specialization courses in London, England (City of London Polytechnic) in the domains of Public International Law, International Economic Law, Transnational Business Contracts, Aspects of Factoring, Franchise and Leasing. Specialization in International Contracts at the London School of English; Career stress in the domains of Company and Tax Laws and Civil Affairs, with an emphasis on mediations, arbitrations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and tax planning. Former Member of the Chamber of Commerce of Great Britain – London. Worked as assistant at the Arbitration Chamber of the Brazilian Embassy in London – England. Arbitration Chamber of CAESP - Conselho Arbitral de São Paulo. In charge of the Legal Department of Mendes Júnior Group from 1997-2005; Former Legal Advisor of CICI/MG (Industry Association of the industrial cities of Minas Gerais). Former Legal Advisor of SEBRAE/MG; Tenures at several Fiscal Councils of several companies. Worked on the framing of claims before public and private companies; Legal services rendered before Tax Payers´ Councils and Judicial Courts; Large experience administering litigation caseloads of large companies; Has worked in association with lawyers in New York City, Miami, Chile and Uruguay leading legal suits.
